In 2019 Rachel Romash formed Elite Gives Back a 503c nonprofit organization. Real estate agents at Elite donate a portion of their commission and Elite Real Estate Solutions matches it. In 2021 Elite Gives Back was proud to have come together with the help of Elite agents to raise money for a vehicle for a Baldwin County family in need! In 2023 Elite Gives Back was able to give 2 vehicle for familites in need. Elite Real Estate Solutions has also volunteered and donated on a yearly basis to: American Red Cross, The Gift of Hope Foundation, Toys for Tots, Child Advocacy Center (Care House), Lighthouse, Mary's Shelter, St. Jude's, F.E.E.F., and Prodisee Pantry.
